I had s_x the first day after my period this month and then I had s_x two days before my period. Both were unprotected. I took a test and it said I was, then I took another one and it said that I wasn't. But then one day after my period was suppose to start I have real light bleeding, I mean my periods are useauly really heavy... but I only need to change my pad once a day... this has been going on for two days now. Could I be pregnant. Please someone help me out here...

You should take another test with first morning pee. That is when your levels are at the highest.

Did you use two different brand tests? A lot of them have different sensitivities. I agree with Jenny. Take another test. If there's still an issue, get a doctor's appointment. Good luck :)

It's possibly a light period, cycles do change, but some women also have that light "bleeding" and find out they are pg. Do you know when you ovulate? Both times that you mention having s_x don't sound like times when the "average" woman ovulates, which is mid-cycle, but everybody is different. When did you test?

It is possible but not usual to get pregnant from s_x on cycle day 7. It is not possible to get pregnant from s_x the days before your period, unless ovulation was delayed for some reason. An unusally light period is a sign of possible pregnancy, but since you mention no other signs (fatigue, PMS not acting normal, lotion discharge, peeing more, etc.) the possibility is diminished. The most significant sign is what you have interpreted as a positive test, which is seldom wrong. hCG levels double every few days. Take another test first pee Saturday morning and see if the line has gotten darker. Good luck!
