i have a five yr old. but two years ago i had an etopic pregnancy and one of my tubes had to be removed ever since i have been iregular on my period i have been trying to conceive for the last 9 months my last period was on dec 24 th 2004. i took a pregnancy test two weeks ago but it was negative could it have been to soon to detect my hcg level? can i still be pregnant?

Some women do not get a positive until the time of the second missed period, but if you have no other early signs, it might be that you just did not ovulate that cycle due to the missing tube.
