Hello, I think I might be pregnant, but if I am, this will be my first so I am not really sure. First off, I am on Birth Control and research says that if you do not take it at the same time every day, it is only 92% effective...The times that I take it varies because I forget sometimes, but I never missed a pill this month. Now for about two months, my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected s_x, and he never pulled out when he ejacualted. Now all of a sudden, I have been sleeping all day, I have had funny feelings in my stomach, I have been feeling nautious, and I have been eating Captain Crunch every day all day. I haven't eaten that ceral for 10+ years(or even thought about eating it because I didn't like it) my br___t are also somewhat sore and I think they are getting larger...I am thinking it may be PMS because I just finished my BC for this month so my period should be coming this week, but we had s_x 4 times in the two days after I took my last pill and he did not pull out. Although, I usually do not experience PMS that often besides tender br___ts before my period, could I be pregnant or I am just experiencing some symptoms of PMS that I have never experienced before?

You are right about the effectiveness of the pill. Taken on the proper schedule, it is 99+% effective. In average daily use 8 women out of 100 will get pregnant in the course of a year. Your symptoms are pretty convincing. How about frequent urination or gas. If I were you I would schedule an appointment with your doc (or the Health Department or Planned Parenthood) this week and have a blood test for pregnancy before starting the next round of pills. I wouldn't even take a period as being a sign of not being pregnant. The hpt test give false negatives too often.
