Insemination What Are The After Symptoms

Does anyone know why I am cramping? I did the insemination two days ago and I have never felt this way.

Cramping happens with inseminations, because the doc is injecting fluid directly into your uterus. It's perfectly normal. For me it normally only lasts a few hours, but after my HSG it lasted a few days. It doesn't surprise me that it might last that long after an IUI as well.

I have done this 6 other times and I have never felt anything. I just thought maybe this time it was working!

Are you doing anything differently? I've never had cramps with inseminations before either, but this morning (just had one today) I had quite a lot of cramping. I'm sitting at home with a heating pad now. I'm thinking it might have to do with the fact that I switched over to injectables this month, and my innards are already feeling all squished in there due to lots of follicles. As for whether or not it's working, I'd imagine that you wouldn't feel any cramps due to pregnancy until implantation, which would be about a week or more after insemination, not just two days.
