ME AND MY HUSBAND ARE TRYING FOR BABY # 2. MY N.P FOUND A CYST ON MY RIGHT OV. I DON'T KNOW WHAT KIND YET. I'M GOING FOR A ULTRASOUND IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.THIS IS NEW TO ME. CAN WE STILL KEEP TRYING? THE N.P NEVER SAID STOP. BUT I DIDN'T ASK HER. WE REALLY WANT TO KEEP TRYING. DOES ANY ONE HAVE ADVICE FOR ME? MAYBE I SHOULD JUST CALL AND ASK. I THOUGHT MAYBE I COULD FIND SOMEONE HERE WITH A LITTLE TLC FOR ME.

When I lost my baby in Jan, the doctor mentioned I had a cyst on my right ovary but didn't say anything about it- she knows we would ttc soon after the m/c so I guess it depends on how big it is/etc.

WELL, AMY MY R-OV IS THE SIZE OF AN EGG. WHAT WAS YOURS? SORRY ABOUT YOUR M/C.

C, I am TTC after my 2nd m/c in December. I found out last week I have a cyst on my right ovary and I'm waiting for a scan to check it to make sure it's just a little one. (I had one a couple of years ago and was scanned and it went on it's own quite quickly) My doctor told me I could keep trying so we are. (I was so glad she said that!) Hopefully it will just be a tiny cyst and will go - maybe even by the time you're scanned. I hope it does. Take care xxx

I had a dermoid tumor on my ovary. I was not pregnant and I had to have surgery to remove it. I almost lost my right ovary and tube, but the doctor was able to leave them alone. He said the tumor was the size of a grapfruit. They ended up having to cut me open to remove it because it was too big to remove from my navel. After the surgery everything was fine, but the doctor told me that if I wanted children I should try asap and not wait. Well I ended up waiting about 1year and then we tried to get pregnant and to my joy, I got pregnant about 6 months after trying. ( We only set one day aside a month to try and conceive) Now I am 16 weeks and very happy. So to answer your question, I would ask my doctor 1st. before you become pregnant and have troubles with the cyst. They really have now idea how big it is till the get in there to remove it.
