Is It Possible To Be Pregnant After Laparoscopy

Hi! My last regular period was Nov. 16. I had a cyst removed the week my period was due and it never came. I did have light bleeding for a few days after the surgery, which was Dec. 17. The Dr. said that that was normal, but I don't know if it was my period or not. After the surgery I felt sick, had sore breats and was dizzy like I was before the surgery. My br___ts are still sore, but the intensity changes. My nipples are much more sensitive though. I feel sick on and off through out the day and I can sleep for hours!!! I live in an apartment building and I have found that when I am in the elevator I feel like I am getting sea sick. And certain smells make me sick. I took a pregnanct test a week ago, but it came back negative. I am due for my period now, and feel as though it could be coming. The difference is that I am always thinking it is here because of the discharge I am getting. Could I possibly be pregnant even with the surgery, the negative test and the period symptoms?

Parvelle, I've also had a laparoscopy recently, and also had the light bleeding afterwards. Remember that your body dysfunctions for about a month after having had the operation anaesthetics. It is quite traumatic for your female reproductive organs to be operated on, so I would think the signs are due to the op, and not a pregnancy. However, If you were hoping to fall pregnant, I hope that I am wrong!!
