I had symptoms all last week, AF due 22nd and everything has disappeared, no symptoms of any sort... just feel like im permanently full.. or bloated like???

try drinking alot of water. or squash, biut not sugar free, just original squash. when you feel bloated, its normally water retention. you can flush your body out with water (sounds stupid but amazingly that what gets rid of it. try picking at fruit at the moment, and keep your energy levels up as much as poissible to avoid stressing your body out

ditto. im from kent. this is very difficult to put together a chart when all i know is that you love mandarins strawberies etc. have you got anything else you can tell me?

lol, um i eat wheatbics 4 breaky+banana and soy milk, lunch anything im trying to find a balance, and dinner fish/chicken anything to be honest. Love pasta :( and like salads, eat all things like veggies even brussel sprouts (odd huh?) um love apple juice hate water!!! and love chocolate but have not eaten it for 2weeks!!

dont drink milk either... makes me sick. And not a fan of red meat, mince is ok, but dont like the rest!!!

heres the best thing. give me an idea of your typical day or two and i can work better from that does that sound good?

ok, breakfast ceral, soy milk, nuthing till bout 2pm then i'll have tuna salad with, radish, carrot, beetroot, olives, sweetcorn, onion, a few small crackers salt/pepper. Late afternoon, yoghurt and fruit. Dinner maybe pasta with basil pesto and grilled chicken, or vegetable rice with baked fish, or maybe a prawn stirfry they r all dinner dishes i make.... Lunch is usually the same sumtimes salad +cheese rool or sandwich??? after dinner i'll have fruits or maybe another yogurt...
