Morning Sickness Real Bad

Anyone know the name of the stuff you can buy over the counter for morning sickness?

When I was pregnant with my son, I used seabands... they are actually wristbands sold at a pharmacy that use pressure points to stop the nausea, they worked really well... it sounds kinda wierd, but for some reason, they worked better than anything else and you don't even have to worry about taking any medicine. They're pretty cheap so give them a try.... Good luck!!

Thanks Heather! I read up on those and I think I'll stop at the pharmacy on my way home....do I actually have to get them from the pharmacy or are they in the isles of cvs or walgreens?

I was sooooo sick before I got them.... i would throw up if I smelled or tasted anything and after about a day with them on, the morning sickness was hardly there. they did kinda hurt my wrists, but if i tried to take them on even for an hour, my head was right back leaning over the toilet... so even if they hurt where the pressure points are, leave them on til you get used to it... it will be worth it!! Good luck and let me know how they work for ya..

Well, I bought them. I am not sure if I like they way they fit---they are soo tight and small. I have big wrist bones so it makes them uncomfortable. I had them on today for a few hours. I think they worked some, I was still nauseous but I didnt get sick until after I took them off. Will they eventually stretch out or will they always be so tight?

They will stay pretty tight because unfortunately that is how they work, but you will get used to them. It does take a while though, sleep in them and you will get used to them a little faster, but for me, it was the only thing that kept me from going to the hospital for dehydration, because without them, I couldn't hold anything down. My son is 10 so it's been a long time since I went through this, but I'm trying to conceive now, and I'm hoping I won't be as sick this time around, but if I am, I'll def get the bands.
