Hi everyone, I just need a little support. I am 6 weeks and just started to get the worst m/s. It hits at night and keeps me up all night I woke up 3 times last night to be sick (sorry tmi). I had to call in sick to work today because I still can't move. I would love to hear any suggestions you may have. Lots of baby dust to all!! Congrats on all of the positives this month!

are you having a snack before you go to bed? Something like crackers.... just might do the trick!

Your doc can prescribe something for your m/s like zofran....I didnt want prescrip meds for mine, but he did go ahead and ok'd 25mg Vit B6 and a half a Unisom tablet 3 times daily for m/s...and it worked beautifully...not to mention it helped me sleep at night. Ask your doc or nurse about that combo, & if its ok for you to take. It may make you sleepy during the day, but anything is better than puking all the time. Try to keep hydrated with lots of water and keep something to nibble on like crackers by your bedside. There is also something called "preggo pops" at motherhood maternity that helped me when I got off the meds...calmed my stomach. They are also online. What else helped was cold pineapple, if you like that...or real ginger ale (ginger helps with m/s)...hope you feel better darlin!!
