Never been pregnant so what I am experiencing right now is new and scary! Feeling nauseated, cramps, constipation, sore br___ts, and like flu like exhausted. My period is due tuesday- but I have been on the pill the whole time- don t think I have missed a pill?? Took test and it came back negative. Could I be pregnant??

most likely not. The pill is liek 98% effective if taken properly. If you took the pill every day, it is unlikely you are pregnant. Teh pill also sometimes can give you what you may think are preg symptoms. That being siad, it is possible. But hte test you took may ahve been too early to tell. Wait and test if you miss your af on tuesday. though I doubt very much you are pregnant. good luck

Thanks. I have been on the pill for over a year with no probs. Do you think these side effects would suddenly kick in so strongly??

I'm not trying to scare you nlouise but I got pregnant on the pill after being on it for 7 years. Of course I would take it in the evening but at different times, 10 p.m. one night and midnight another. But there were times that I did have those symptoms and they were just side effects of the pill.

I took the pill for 15 years, never at the same time of the day, and on several occasions skipped a day (and doubled up the next), and I never got pregnant. So long as you take it within about three hours each day, it should be fine. Progesterone-only pills, on the other hand, are a different story.

I'm Taking Microygynon 30- a combined pill. I certainly don t take it at the same time each day- I travel quite a lot so that can be kind of tough. Just would like to figure out whats going on with my body.
