No Period Since December

My last period was december 15th. Around Janurary 15th I had this discharge that was milky and thick. then around Feburary 9th I started getting cramps like AF was about to start, I even felt wet down there.........but no period! I have taken several HPT's and they all have come back negative. Today I bought one from the Dollar Tree, It was called New Choice........and it came up negative also. I have all the right signs. Icky feelings, bloated, lots of gas, cravings and so foruth. I even can squeeze a drop of colostrum from my nipples. What's going on? Can I be pregnant with all these negatives?

Thanks for all the support. Just after starting to believe that I was not pregnant, I started to feel this movement in my lower stomache. It happened as soon as I started to eat.
