Odds Of Getting Pregnant While Using Condoms

My husband and i aren't trying to have a baby right now. Our only method of birth control are condoms. A couple of times in the last month we have started intercourse without the condom but then he put one on before ejaculation. I haven't actually missed my period yet, my last period was about Mar. 26th;not quite sure on the date. My cycle averages between 25-28 days, so my next period should start in the next day or two if i'm right. The last couple of days i've had really bad heartburn, and i've felt really nauseous all day today, have vomited twice. Have a little lower back pain. No br___t tenderness at all. I took a test and it came back negative. I guess what i'm trying to ask is, what are my odds of being pregnant even though we always use condoms? If i'm nauseous for more than just today, should i start thinking about the possibility?

Anon- Condoms are highly effective when used properly, but you mentioned that you had s_x before the condom was put on. You might have become pregnant from the pre-ejaculation fluid, which contains sperm. If your LMP was March 26th you would have ovulated around April 9th so if it happened around that time there's a high chance.

True, only problem is, i wasn't paying attention to dates unfortunetly, since we aren't trying for a baby right now. I know i did ovulate, i just can't remember if we had s_x around that time. We're still newlyweds, so it's highly possible...lol I don't know if this means anything, but last night before i went to bed, i took my temp cause i felt kind of warm, and it was 99.1, but when i took it again this morning, it was only 97.8...so it's possible i just had a stomach bug or something. I'm the type who wants a baby so bad i see signs and symptoms constantly...lol. I already have a 4 year old from a previous marriage, but it's been so long since i found out about that pregnancy, that i can't remember all the details...plus every pregnancy is different i've heard...
