When you are trying to get pregnant, it does help that the woman has an orgasm, it only increases your chance because you are relaxed.

No, there is no higher risk of becoming pregnant if you both have an orgasm at the same time. Your nausea is probably related to the changes in your diet. It's not such a big deal to take the pill at different times of the day, so long as it's not a progesterone-only pill, because those function in a different way than regular pills, but of course every woman's physiology is different. There's obviously a very small minority of women who it is a big deal for, since a minute fraction of women do get pregnant while on the pill. I wouldn't worry about it, though.

There is a higher chance if you have an orgasm at the same time because you're uterus/cervix dips down so the sperm has less distance to travel to a waiting egg. BUT, because you do take your pill everyday, even if at different times, it's doubtful you are pregnant. If you are worried, maybe you can double up with a condom when you have s_x. Good luck to you.
