OK, I'm now 1-2dpo ! Into the 2 Week Wait I Go ! Anyone in the same boat want to wait with me ? I didn't see any EWCM, but apparently it's not always visible. I had watery CM which I've read is still fertile. Hope we've caught the egg !

I'll wait with you AndreaD! I am exactly the same dpo as you are. Do you chart on ff?

AndreaD - January 17

I do chart but my work Computer doesn't let me go on there, so my chart's not in FF ! My temp went up gradually yesterday and then right up today. I had a positive OPK on Jan 15th and we BD the 14th/ 15th and 16th. How long have you been TTC ?

KWaits - January 17

We are on month 4. I don't chart, but I signed up yesterday to start next month if I don't get a bfp this month. I've been adding stuff to it just to get some practice. I plan on temping, taking robitussin, and pineapple next cycle.

I've been drinking green tea and taking EPO - But I don't think the EPO helped with my CM as it wasn''t EW. Next cycle I'm going to completely give up smoking (I don't smoke a lot anyway) and I'm going to take Robitussin too.

Andrea, what is green tea supposed to help with? I drink it all the time.

I'm not sure what green tea does for you while ttc but when you search green tea at the top of the page, there are multiple forums saying that its not good to take. So I'd like to know too.

I believe Green Tea is a good anti-oxidant and cleanses the body in general. And the more healthier you are, the more chance of getting PG !

I am not sure when I ovulated myself (this is my first month off BCP and first month actually TTC) but my last period began Jan 2 and ended Jan 6. Had stringy, stretchy CM with cramping Fri, Sat, Sun, and Mon went away. Today, woke up with sharp pains on left side, so bded twice today and twice this weekend and once last week. Hopefully I caught it! Now just waiting for NO AF Jan 30th!! Baby dust!

I found some info on green tea. Hope this may help you ladies. Here it is ~~~~ Why is green tea good for you? According to some of the doctors, switching over to green tea can help you lose weight, reduce the risk of heart disease and cancer, or maybe even get pregnant, if you're a woman and so inclined. The healthful properties of green tea are largely attributed to polyphenols, chemicals with potent antioxidant properties. In fact, the antioxidant effects of polyphenols appear to be greater than vitamin C. The polyphenols in green tea also give it its somewhat bitter flavor. These polyphenols are a__sociated with anti-cancer and anti-heart disease effects. Studies are still incomplete and inconclusive, but are pointing strongly toward having a protective effect against these two deadly diseases. In the past, women having difficulty conceiving might have been advised to limit their caffeine intake. But recent studies suggesting that stimulating drinks, and specifically green tea, might boost fertility. In a study conducted at Kaiser Permanente Medical Care Program of Northern California in Oakland, researchers found that women who drank more than one half cup of caffeinated green tea every day doubled their odds of conceiving. No significant a__sociation was found for other caffeinated beverages; therefore researchers concluded that a chemical component of tea other than caffeine might have been responsible for the increase in fertility. Because this conclusion opposes earlier findings that caffeine can inhibit fertility, the researchers acknowledge that their results may be attributable to green-tea's a__sociation with other lifestyle factors that might enhance fertility such as smoking less, eating less fat and regular exercise.
