When you ovulate, how long do you discharge during it and how many days do women technically ovulate with discharge? Is it a one day, two day or week long thing??? Thanks-

I am trying this bump up thing. Please help me understand. And also during ovulation, where exactly should the cramps be?

been there done that - April 10

Ovulation cramps (Mittleschmertz)usually occur over where your ovaries are. It feels like a sharp twinge that lasts from a few minutes to a few hours then it can become a dull ache in the same spot. Put your hands on your hips and extend your fingers out. Your ovaries are where your fingers are. That is where the pain usually is. CM discharge can start a few days prior and last for a few days after ovulation. I sometimes stay "wet" until a week before my period, but everyone is different. If you get the ovulation pains, gets a steppin on the s_x since you have a limited time frame for that egg. Good luck.
