I took an Ovulation test yesterday at about 4:00PM that came up POS about after 10 min and then took another at about 11:30PM that came up NEG. Does anyone know what this means ???

Hi- from what I've heard many women have to test every 12hrs to detect LH surge. You can have a positive test in the morning and a negative test at night. Some women's surges go up and down that fast. I'm no expert though...I can't even get the darn things to work for me so I have given opk's up!

You probably caught your surge at the end. Like hannahsmommy said, some women surge for a very short time detectable by an opk, so you will probably ovulate 12-36 hours from the time you saw your first positive ovulation test. Just because it was negative the same day does not mean you won't ovulate. Good luck, hope that helped!

It sounds like you are due to ovulate within 24-48 hrs..so make sure you and your partner have s_x for the next 2-3 days. As Laura said, your surge could just be over. Good luck!

Thanks for all of your responses, that really confused me that it came back Neg all in the same day. So now I will wait and see we have BD'd every day since then so here's hoping.
