Hi Neuza! I've been participating on this forum for about 2 years. In that time, I've heard women say they felt different and even absolutely nothing when expecting af. But MOST of the women say that they thought af was coming, that they had cramping that felt just like af, that they could swear it was af and not pg, but then they tested and - surprise! It ain't over til its over.... P.S. I also have PCOS, so I know what you guys are going through. I was on clomid last year, and did IUIs with a fertility specialist as well. Are you taking clomid through a gyno or a fertility expert. I learned the hard way that there is definitely a difference between these kinds of doctors! The IUIs, clomid, etc. didn't work for me, but it did work for several of the women I talked to on this forum! Keep up the hope!!

Hi Keeli, in UK your GP reffers u to a fertility clinic after 1 year of trying to conceive, therefore i am on good hands!!! My doct told me to use 4 months max of clomid without big measure to be as natural as possible... to dont use O kits etc. He thinks make u less aware of the whole pregnancy stuff & able to conceive more quickly...anyway if doesnt work next month i will start clomid & injections...not sure what yet. Then they will monitor me more close...well this is my story. U said u have PCOS as well & u tried clomid did IUIs...how long have u been trying to conceive? What type of treatment are u doing now? Best of luck

Hey Neuza! Sounds like you are indeed in good hands. It is VERY logical that trying more naturally without OPKs and all will help. Dh and I are officially "not ttc" as of this month. I can't take the fertility stuff anymore. We only tried for about 2-1/2 years, but we are giving up because we are older (I'm 37 and dh is 43) and we just don't feel like we have time to spare. We are pursuing adoption now. We have just signed on with an agency to adopt a needy child from China, and we are SOOOO excited!!! Don't be discouraged about my story. I have at least two friends that I know of who ttc for 5 years before they got lucky. They were also older, so if you are young, you will have lots of time on your side. The fun is all in the 'practice' anyway! ;o)
