Can you have your period all the way though your pregnancy ???

It is very rare, but yes, it has happened before.

You can absolutely have bleeding at the time of your period thru pregnancy, but it is not your actual period... ie your period is the shedding of the lining of the uterus... if that happened, you would shed the baby too. I am one of the lucky folks that was confused by a "period" with my first. I actually had it twice (for the first two months) and it was identical to what my periods were like... if I hadn't been TTC at that time, I prob would have thought I wasn't pg!

it has happened before but i think its pretty rare. its more common to have some spotting or bleeding similar to your period for the first few months.
