Please Help Could Old Positves Be Right

Okay, I am totally freaking out! Sunday afternoon I took a dollar store test and saw a faint line, but then it disappeared so I put it up on the shelf in my bathroom. This morning I tested with my last $ test at 5:30, it looked negative so I went back to bed. At 8:00 I told my husband and he got them both and there were faint pink positives on both. Since so many hours passed could they be right? I didn't think you were supposed to look at them after 10 minutes. I'm 12dpo today and I'm afraid to get excited.

I just ran to the store and got a first response test. It's another super faint positive.........Oh my God, do you think this is right? Oh my God!

If your super faints are coming within the time frame indicated then its def. a positive. Anything after that time shuould be considred negative. Congrats!

Emma2, so do you think the dollar store tests are wrong? Or negative since so much time went by....

Are faint positve lines after the time (10 min) what you guys call evaporation lines? I just think it would be terrible if I thought I was pregnant because of those!

An evaporation line is colorless, kind of gray and looks like a shadow. My evap lines have always shown up right around the 10 minute mark, and I alwasy get them on the cheepies, but never on FR. If your line showed up before the time limit and if it has any color, then I would say that is a very good sign! Let us know!

It's probably because you are 12po that they are faint. Some people show sooner than others, but a poistive is a positive dark or faint. CONGRATS!

I've had very light pink evap lines in the past. They showed up the next day (couldn't help pulling them out of the trash to take a look.) Those were always just evap lines. If your First response test gave you faint pink line within the time period (10 min?) then it should be a positive. Why don't you try a digital. Many women, myself included, swear by them because there's no guessing. Good luck!

Thanks you guys.......I'm gonna wait until tomorrow morning and try my 2nd test in the first response pack. On the 2 $store tests the lines are pink (this morning's test is darker than yesterdays) and the fr is a light blue vertical line. I am going crazy! It is really hard to get 3 faint positives and then worry that they're false. AAAAHHHH!

If you got a line on FR, I think you can start getting excited! I've never gotten an evap line on FR. Congrats!!!
