is it normal to have mild cramps during implantation bleeding or should I worry that I could be an early sign of miscarriage? Also does IB means I'm already pregnant or just getting pregnant? Should I worry about the cramps? need help thank you all

From what I understand you can have mild cramping during IB when the fertilized egg is implanting about 7-10 days past fertilization. Cramping is also very common during first trimesters. I know I did.

I have heared from here of ladies having period like cramps, almost as if their period is going to start. Layla is right, it is very common to get cramps during the first trimester. It's your uterus getting prepared to grow and strech with your baby. :) If you know you are having IB and have tested with a BFP and have some cramps it's perfectly normal. If you start bleeding later on like a period with or without cramps, I would see your doc. right away. As far as if your are or geting pregnant according to IB, I think it depends on how you see it. As a christian, I see a fertalized egg that hasn't implanted yet as being pregnant/a baby (that is why I don't beleave in the Morning After Pill). But others beleave the egg has to be implanted to be pregnant... I guess it depends on your point of view. :)
