How soon after you conceived did you start feeling the fatigue?

I started feeling the fatigue at 6 weeks gestation (4 weeks from conception). It hit me like a ton of bricks one weekend. All of a sudden I could not move from the sofa to the bed without almost fainting. My limbs felt heavy and I was so fatigued I could barely deal with it.

Everyone gets it differently. I found out I was pregnant at 7 weeks, and the only symptom I had experienced by then was abdominal discomfort. The fatigue started about a week later, but I began to go to bed earlier than usual and it helped a lot.

I started feeling tired at one week! It started out that I just needed more sleep and now I feel tired all the time, even during the day and I'm only at 4 weeks now!

I found out I was pregnant at 5 1/2 weeks, I think fatigue hit me a week or two before I found out...I didnt think anything of it...thought I was just doing too much and not getting enough sleep

I was about 2-3 weeks past conception when I started sleeping more, and feeling tired a lot.

In my first pregnancy I started feeling tired about one week before my period was due. I thought I just had a flu. In my second I was exhausted straight away and I knew I was pregnant even before I could do a test. I also had bloating straight up with both.
