hi ladies on the general pregnancy forum there is a question about red raspberry tea leaf. i have researched it some, and it says that unless you have a history of miscarriage you should be cautious of it during the first tri-mester, but it is ideal for women trying to conceive, and farther along in your pregnancy. has anyone else tried this, and what are your thoughts on all of this? any help would be appreciated

i ment to say that you should be cautious of drinking it during the 1st trimester if you have a history of miscarriage...sorry, but if not then one cup a day during the 1st 2 trimesters, and then 2-3 in your last...i guess that i should have added all this info before lol...thanks ladies
