I have seen an old thread that you said you have had two cesearens.can you tell me what your second one was like?because i had a cesearen with my first baby and now that im pregnant i will probably have to have another one and im worried about it.

sorry to b___t in - my MIL had cesearean's with all three of her kids and was fine. Apparently they used the same incision site all 3 times so you don't have more scars!

Yes sarahd is correct. My sister had two, my friend had 3 all the same incision and they had said that after the 1st it gets easier.

sarahd and emma2 are you serious?they were cut on the same scar?my stupied dr had cut a brand new scar,so i have two scars.all eyes my recovery was the same with the second one i felt no better no worse.two different scars"which p__ses me off".hopefully you get cut on your old scar.

Rhonda that sucks! Yes she definitely only has the one scar - she told me specifically.

Well im kind of wanting to know how cesearen sections vary from one to the next.I had received a spinal block with mine and i thought i was going to die.I was so sick im afraid of going through that again. So since you did have two cesearens can you tell me if what they gave you was the same both times or were they different and how did the pain med affect you.

My first c-section i had an epidural and my 2nd was a spinal and i would have to say i preferred the epidural b/c the spinal made me feel ten times worse.but im sure they both affect women differently. Why did you have your c-section the first time?Mine was b/c my dd was to big and i carried her two weeks over due.my 2nd c-section was just b/c my dr beleives in repeat c-sections.

hmmm, wow.... cut a diff place for second c-section? thats rough. I had a c-section with first daughter, and even when I had surgery a coupla years later they cut the same incision...very weird. Did he have a reason to do that? Too many adhesions maybe? I had 2 vbacs after my c-section ( v____al birth after ceserean )...doctors will do it if you want to, if there are no risks to uterine rupture during labor, that is. i was a__sessed as low risk and it was no prob with both of them. Rhonda, I was like you...dd was so big and over a week late. I was miserable. She was 9 lbs, 14oz and 23 inches long! Now she is 18, 6'1" and around 200lbs! My big babygirl! : D

Jeanette,my dr would not give me the option to have a vbac.He was going based on statistics,he did say well if you come to the hospital and you are at least 9 cm dialated and you refuse to sign the form for me to do a c-section then i might let you try a v____al delivery"no such luck"My baby was 5lbs 12oz and 171/2 in long so i could of had her v____ally with flying colors. And i was p__sed when i discovered he cut me in a different place. My first cut was healed beautifully and with this second one it really looks butchered.
