Is it possible to feel the signs of pregnancy before the test shows possitive? I've been feeling very nauseous and fatigued to the point of feeling as though I would faint.

Yes, it is possible to feel signs of pregnancy before. As early as 7 days after conception. The egg attaches itself to the lining of the uterus and cause some pains. Kind of like cramps. I dont know about the b___st being tender or sensitive and the vomiting. This is the only sign I can tell you about at least during the first week or so. Hope it helps!

I started having symptoms two days after conception. I had mild cramping, bloating and general heaviness in the abdomen area. A couple of days later I started having to pee alot more and feeling nausious. Had a lighter and shorter period the week after and I continue to feel nausious at times and bloated, but the cramping has disappeared.
