Hello, I have noticed that my lower abdomen has been sore. When I cough, laugh, sneez, or move suddenly, it's very sore, I feel a little more pressure in my lower abdomen. I'm 9 days past ovulation My period is due I believe Monday. My temps have stayed from 98.4-98.7. I'm having cramps off and on through out my day. Ive read my cramping, soreness, and pressure can be the uterus stretching. So could it be could I be pregnant? I'm kind of freaked out this different and were not trying to concieve but were not trying to pervent getting pregnant. I keep my temps due to a person weirdness. I just have keep my temp. everyday since I was 15. Im now 22 and married for four years. Well thank you for listening. -Emma

9 days past ovulation seems a little early for a stretch uterus, but who knows, cramping is an early sign and you do feel your uterus stretch I am just not sure if it would be to early for that? Seeing how you don't prevent pregnancy I would wait and see if I missed a period and then test.

Different is the key word. So do you notice your temp jump at ovulation? Are you taking it before rising each day. If so, 18 days above the cover line is what you should be waiting for. The uterine walls do thicken during the cycle and in pregnancy, and women do talk of "tugging feeling" cramps very early. Good luck!
