my last period was around sept 26 lasted about 2-3days. about two weeks later i went to my gyn for a check up and he did an ultrasound which showed the lining in my uterus was pretty thick. he did a urine pregnancy test ( - ) but i think it was too soon for a ( + ) to show up. i had an abortion in April so he said that could be the cause of the lining being so thick but that was about 6 monthes ago, so i dont think that is it. so he told me too come back about a month from then. that was about a week and a half ago but now i have noticed that i have been a bit constipated and a couple times when i push i start to spot. not enough that u can see in the toliet just a LITTLE bit on the tissue but it is usually brown and once it was red. now i am suposse to have been ovulated these past couple days and i havent. my CM is watery not slimy. only one of my br___ts are very sore my left one & also pretty dense. my right is only SLIGHTLY & barely sore. ( after my abortion my br___ts did NOT become sore or sense at ALL even during/before/after my period ) i am having very slight cramps now and then. i started to look up some things on the internet and have read that a uterus that has a thick lining could be endometriosis .i am very worried because i am about to be 19 soon and i dont know if there is a problem that could lead to infertility. my bf and were are planning on starting a family real soon and now i am worried i wont be able too.

I think the doctor was focused on the possibility of pregnancy, not endometriosis. Thickening of the lining is an indication, and he mentioned the abortion as a secondary reason. You can wait for your next appointment for a more definitive answer, or you can try your luck with a home pregnancy test.
