Stress Illness Cause For A Missed Period

Hopefully someone will be able to give me a little insight. I was very sick for about 5 weeks (sinusitis, bronchitis and pneumonia). I was taking several antibiotics and other medications to try and clear up my illnesses. Also, at the same time I was going through a lot of family drama that had me pretty stressed out. I was expecting AF to show up around the 28th of Feb yet still no AF. My last period was Jan. 26. I do experience irregular periods and have been known to skip a month here and there. I'm no longer on any medication (been off it for 2 weeks now). Hubby and I had s_x once during the time that I was sick (used protection). That was the week of the 14th, can't recall which day exactly but it was later in the week. I'm not experiencing any symptoms except for mild tenderness in my br___ts which started about a week ago and I've had little twinge like cramps off and on. Is it possible that the meds and stress have delayed AF or is there a slight chance I could be pregnant? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Marley - thanks for your input, I really appreciate it. I think I'm going to hold out atleast another week. If nothing changes, I'll definitely take another test. Thanks again for responding.

Correction on my last post - should have said I'll take a test, not another one. I'm holding out on taking them. I don't want to be disappointed. Anyone else with input would really be appreciated.
