Stress Or Pregnancy

I must explain that I am the man in the relationship, and I some reason notice more about what goes on with my girlfriend's system than she does... She has very irregular periods, sometimes every other week, sometimes it takes almost a month and a half to come, never once since I knew her(about 5 years) has it landed on almost the same day... Anyway, her last period started on September 8th and ended the 12 or 13th... It's now October 22 and no signs of period. She did experience a few drops on September 26th(but that's also a common occurance for her). This month her grandfather was put in the hospital and she has been doing a lot more around the house, helping out, taking care of him, he almost died, and some other stuff... With all this going on, honestly we haven't had s_x nearly as much as usual, heh. I use spermicidal condoms, and normal have s_x 2-5 times a week for years... Since her last period I'd be suprised if we had s_x 5 times. I simply worry that it could be pregnancy(although don't see how considering doing nothing different and LESS than usual), cause it is later than usual(however no regularity to base it upon). She doesn't even think twice about it not coming usually, so I don't even want to put the idea in her head that I'm paranoid or pregnancy. Also, due to her irregularities, I don't see how we can plot when she ovulates. Periods are anywhere between 15 to like 40 days with her(this time being more than 40). As far as I know, she is not having any signs of anything(but heck, she rarely even has any PMS signs). Any suggestions or reassurances appreciated.

I forgot to mention, also a few days ago she got a yeast infection, still has it. Does this have any connection to anything in any kind of "in the brain" kind of way? Could that also delay menses for any reason?
