Stupid Question But

How do you calculate your dpo or know how many dpo you are? Sounds dumb I know, but if you could let me know, it would be appreciated.

Dpo is days past ovulation. So in order to accurately calculate them, you need to know what day you ovulated. Then you start counting the days after your ovulation date. For example, if you ovulated on Friday the 21st, then Saturday would be 1dpo, Sunday would be 2dpo and today you would be 3dpo. It is impossible to count dpo if you don't know when you ovulated. Hope this helps!

There are no stupid questions!

you count the days from when your period started and then multiply that by 5 and then subtract 15.

crh - October 25

really? cause that gives me 95. huh????

Ignore rach... just go with what Deb said.

yep go with what deb said. If you are not sure when you ovalatued, and your cyles are pretty normal ( 28 days from start of one af to start of next af) then its a safe bet you ovulated around 14 days after af started or 14 days before af is due....You really need to know how long your cyles are to get a rough estimate if you don't temp or tract cm... (cervical mucus)
