Taro Lubricating Gel

Does anyone out there know if Taro Lubricating Gel is sperm friendly? I work somewhere where I have easy access to it! It says on the label that it does not contain a spermicide.

I don't think it would be a good idea. The only sperm-friendly lubricant that I know of is Pre-seed. Even though a lubricant doesn't contain a spermicide, it is not sperm-friendly. It won't kill the sperm, but the lubricant acts as a barrier to sperm so they won't be able to swim through the lubricant to get to where they need to go. So if you are ttc, I would avoid any lubricant other than Pre-seed. By the way, I am seven weeks pregnant, and I got pregnant using Pre-seed!

by the way, where the heck do you work to have access to all the lube you want? YOu could sell it and be the lube queen for some extra cash on the side...

Hi Deb, I work in a vet clinic where we have tons of tubes on hand (it's a human product though, not veterinary!) I really should get some Pre Seed....I live in Canada and it's just a bit more difficult to get here. How long were you TTC? Did you use Pre Seed the whole time?

I live in Canada too. I just ordered it over the internet from www.amazon.com. It took me six months ttc and I used Pre-seed for probably four or five of the months. It just made bd'ing a lot more comfortable. It's a little pricey, but I think it is worth it. By the way, that second comment from "Deb" was not me!
