HI ALL i know we always have lots of test questions on this site but please share ur views. I am on 7 days post ovulation and have just performed a test with an early detection test. the 1st line did turn pink as the urine moved up the stick but no line is showing at the moment just the one to confirm the test worked. wondering if this is because i have tested to early what do u guys think?

Aimee - the earliest you can test and possible get a positive result is 10 dpo. 7 days is way too early. Try again in 4 or 5 days. Baby Dust!

hCG insn't produced until after implantation! Implantation doesn't occur until 6-10dop! After that it takes at least several days for the hCG to make it to your urine enough to get BFP! It doesn't matter how sensitive the test is, if you test too early, there won't be any hCG to test for. 10dpo is normally the very earliest you can test (if implantation occured on the early side of normal). Usually you have to wait until 14 dpo + to get a BFP. Sorry, I know how hard it is to wait.
