Thick Discharge?

I know just what u mean. But my AF is 26 days late all hpts have been negative. I have a ob appointment on jan 20th for blood test. |

yogibear, its so fustrating isn't it? I mean I'm excited and nervous at the same time! I want so badly to talk about it with my family and friends, but I just don't think its the right thing to do. I mean, I don't even know if I am pregnant or not. So far I've only talked about it with my boyfriend, but I've already talked him to death about it. Plus, I mean, he's a guy, he doesnt' understand what I feel like I'm going through! I'm just glad I found this site. Have you been having that thick sticky strechy discharge? *baby dust* |

Lynn S.--I had a lot of discharge or "cervical mucus" when I was pregnant with my son. It shows right away and there will be a lot of it. From what I have read, it is very common. Hope this helps. |

The same thing started for me yesterday (5dpo). I've had more of the thick cm than I've ever had before. I hope it's a good sign. |

Lynn, I am pretty much in the same boat as you. As of today, I am 2 weeks late. I have had 4 (-) HPT's. But I seem to be having pg symptoms; headaches, slight nasuea, and sometimes light and sometimes thick discharge. I get the results of my blood test today. I will let you know what they are and if it's positve then maybe that will give you a little hope. :) |

OMFG...yes its so frustrating. my older sis has been the same as me. same symptoms (swollen boobs, light cramps, spotting a few weeks ago, nausea-throwing every so often). well just heard from her today! And she was pregnant. she went to the ER cause she was cramping like crazy and bleeding heavy. she m/c at 9 weeks. THE THING IS........SHE HAD HER TUBES CLAMPED 10 YRS AGO. the dr's said if she haddnt m/c it would have been an Etopic pregnancy!!!!!!......For the past few days my CM has been thick or watery. I fill a gush feeling like af, but nothing but discharge. What gets me is that last night when i did my usaully breast exam my nipples were big as heck. when i sqeezed them a lil i had colostrom come out (at least thats what my mom calls it). Im 23 and never in my life have i had that happen and ive been doing self breast exams since i was 17! That for me is a defenite sign im pregnant!! GOD I WISH THE 20th WOULD HURRY UP AND COME!!!!!!!!! |

Hey lynn my girlfriend found out that she was pregnant right before she started clomid. He Dr. thought she was anovulating and she didn't see her period for about almost two weeks. She found out the reason why the test should negative intial when she missed her period was because she ovulated late. I hope this help. Hey its not over till af arrives i fell she has detoured for you. good luck. |

Yogibear I too am 23 years old, we'll i'll be 24 monday. I had the colostrom come out too. I've never had it happen before either until recently. But I completely understand about the "gush" feeling when it seems like maybe AF as arrived, and then you go to the bathroom only to find discharge. The EXACT same thing has been happening to me. This is the first time that has happened to me too. I've also noticed that I've been having maybe heartburn.. idk... after I eat. It hurt right in the middle on my upper stomach below my boobs. I guess maybe where your ribs come together. I don't know if that has any thing to do with pregnancy or not. But I've been feeling it a lot lately. |

Hi everyone. Just wanted to let you know that I got my blood test results and I am not pg. I guess all the stress is delaying AF. While I was getting useed to the idea of being a mom, this is for the best. I am single and this would have been my ex's baby. I am 32 and desperately want to be a mom, but not like this. I remember that feeling that AF has come. I don't know how many times, how many days I ran to the Bathroom tampon in hand. Cause it does feel as though af has hit. That is the one real true sign i remember from before I first found out I was PG. that and the cramping(which i also thaut was af coming). |

Spammy, how long did it take you to find out you were pregnant? did you get a positive on a HPT right away? |

Yeah. the very first test I took had a faint BFP, But clear enough to be there and be seen just not very dark. I was right around 21 dpo. Cause I was about 1 week late. |

well just wanted to update, I'm now 2 weeks, 2 days late. I took a test yesterday morning and it was still a BFN. I am starting to think I really am not pregnant, mainly cause my dbf keeps telling he doesn't think i am. But I really feel like I am. I've had so many signs, missed period, sore breasts (occasionally), pains in my abdomen, nausea, vomitting (sometimes), very tired, thick (sometimes either milky color or clear) CM. I just feel like I've had a lot of symptoms and I feel like I might be pregnant. I guess if my period still hasn't came by Feb. I'm going to make a Docs appt. I just wish I knew, I ordered some HPTs from net that are 25 mUI sensitivity so hopefully they'll be here this week sometime. **Baby Dust to Everyone** |

Lynn, I don't mean to be a downer, but from your original description of your cm as egg white, it sounds to me like you probably just ovulated very late. I haven't actually gotten my bfp yet, but most of the women who have report a white, lotiony cm. Good luck! I hope I'm wrong and you do get your bfp! |
