TO SOON FOR IMPLANTATION BLEEDING

My question is, is it possible that if I became pregnant within the first couple of days of ovulation than could I experience bleeding only a couple of days after ovulation? I ovulated Sept. 4-9 but had a little bleeding (not dark in color) on the 10th (It only happened one time)? So could I be pregnant, I haven't had any other signs only very scary dreams.

If your last period started Aug 26th, you could have ovulated on Day 10, Sept 4th and implanted Day 16, Sept 10th. That is pushing the schedule a little, but not much. The bleeding on the 10th would have been implantation. You could be pregnant. Wait until your next period is several days late, then take the on-line pregnancy test at http://www.thepregnancytest.com ... Do not waste money on early pregnancy tests until then. Good luck!

Juli - Actually...I am having similar symptoms as you this month (I posted a question about this the other day and Viv was kind enough to give me some advice too! :)) I think I ovulated around the 4-5 of this month and had two days of very light pinky/red discharge only when wiping in morning on the 12th and 13th. I have experienced slight nausea in during the day for the past 6-7 days and for the past week I have had HORRENDOUS nightmares. I usually dream nightly and remember my dreams frequently, but these dreams have just been different....quite scary. I took a home test yesteday (day 22/23 of cycle) and it was negative. I know that I really just need to hang in until the end of this week to see if my period comes (I am praying that it won't!!) and take another test. I have read on a couple of sites that scary dreams are sometimes common during pregnancy. Don't really know, though. Good luck and keep us posted over the next week or so!! Tonia

Thank you so much for the answer Viv (and you were correct on the start date...Aug 26)My husband & I are really trying. We have been together for 10 years & I was on the pill for 10 yrs. but have been off of it for 1 1/2 yr. I'm with you Tonia...we just really need to hang in there until the end of the week to test!!! And the dreams too have been very weird....the kind you wake up from and it really takes you a minute to realize it's a dream (not usually my dream pattern either). Well Good Luck to you too and keep the sight posted b/c now that I've found it....I will be checkin!!!!

Juli - We are on nearly the same cycle I believe (my last period started around the 22-23 of August. I know exactly what you are saying about the dreams. Twice this past week I actually woke up crying from the dreams....not normal at all! I will keep checking in also to see if you have any news. My e-mail if you would like to keep in touch is [email protected] My husband and I have 1 daughter (7) already but have had difficulty this time around. We have been trying for about a year now....I am very hopeful that this month will be the one. We'll see I guess!

Thank you! I have been wondering the samething. I have posted on here my question regarding too early to tell. I took a preg. test First Responce on the 9th(not sure why) I did'nt think it would show anything. It did. I am having some systems, very confusing, almost like pms. I took a few tests and all came back neg. I spoke with First Responce and they confirmed it to be picking up the preg. hormone. They told me that sometimes 2 tests in one box may pick up the hormone then what is stated on the box. I believe this to be true, therefore the neg on the rest. It is driving me nuts. I can only blam myself, I should not have taken that test so early, it has only confused me!FYI: I had my period on the 25th of Aug, I must have ovulated early this month. Crazy!
