Trying To Get Pregnant Help

So we've been trying to get pregnant for months, but have just recently started tracking the bbt. My bbt took a big drop into the 96's and was that low again today. I am on day 12 (of a very regular 29 day cycle) and the egg-white mucus showed up today. My online fertility calendar is showing fertile days starting today until Tuesday. Here's my worry: we had intercourse last night (no noticeable mucus present yet). Will the sperm stay alive and moving without the mucus last night? Since our doctor said to have intercourse every 48 hours to let the sperm get strong, we won't be trying again until tomorrow. I don't want to miss the window if I happen to ovulate early in the cycle like tonight or something. Do you think we're okay?

Hi, I think that unless your doctor indicated that your husband specifficall needed the rest days to be "fully charged"(if you will) then I'd go ahead and do it today then resume the regular scheduled programing. Remember unless stated otherwise there are millions of the suckers in there so even if there are a little less do to the extra activity it's still a great shot. GOOD LUCK!!

we have company in for the weekend, so we won't be doing anything today as the walls are kind of thin... Do you think the sperm from yesterday are still in there? Thanks for responding!

Anyone else know if I'm timing things up okay?

I don't know much about planning it like that. I became pregnant by just having s_x on a regular basis. Ask your doctor if that is ok and try that it worked very well for me.

Sperm usually live up to 72 hours so you don't have to worry about missing a day or two.
