Trying To Stop My Self Doing A Test

I'm due on my AF on Monday the 28th! But I'm finding it really hard to stop my self from testing! Does any one have any tips on how i can take my mind of it until next week! I feel like I'm going mad!

That is a hard thing to do. I know I can't hold off. I'm very bad at testing, wish I could help.

Girl you are just like me !!!!! in such a case when i can't stop myself, i ALWAYS test. it always calms me down even though i know the result will most probably be negative.

Thank you all for your feed back, i think i'm just going to do one tonight, i don't know how much longer i'm going to be able to wait! At least it may put my mind at ease for a bit! Again, thank you!

You'd be better off to wait until tomorrow morning, using first morning urine. It has the highest concentration of HCG and would be more likely to give you an accurate result than testing tonight.
