Twinges

I am having these little twinges in my lower abdomen. What does this mean. Am I ovulating or is this a sign of pregnancy? I am supposed to be ovulating now but opk is negative.

Doesn't the ovulation pred. tests predict the surge? You might have surged before the test and be ovulating now. Or it could be a cyst.

I hope it is not a cyst because my doctor said that I might have one because of horrible stomach pain on clomid. Does a cyst make you feel like that?

A cyst will sometimes feel like a dull ache and then sometimes a sharper pain. But it lasts longer than ovulation pains.

Thanks for your help Megan!

Just remember that most cysts are completely normal and go away on their own. Good luck!
