Hey all! Well, I thought for sure my AF was here yesterday. I had a bit of cramping and had some brown discharge. This morning when I woke up and still so far, there has been nothing. Not even when I wipe. I am on day 48 of my cycle and 18 days late. Does anyone have insight as to what this is? Do you think I am pregnant??? Thanks!

Have you tested yet? If not then I'd say it's time to test!

Hi, grad. Why haven't you tested yet? Hurry up let us know! LOL. Do you have a regular cycle? When was last af? It's possible you can be pg if you are this late and if you have tested, maybe your levels aren't up enought o detect. Today is cd28 for me, I have a 32 day cycle, so I have a few days to go.

Thanks ladies. I took a test on Monday and it was negative. I guess it was too soon to tell. Do you think a 4 day difference would matter if I tested tomorrow a.m.???

LadyD - May 11

Yes it will. The closer you are to next af, the better.

If this could be implantation bleeding, how long after it is the normal time to test?

Celia - May 11

If your 18 days late for AF, then 4 days isn't going to make a difference. Do you chart? Are you sure you ovulated? Some women show positive much later but you might also have ovulated later than you thought or had an anovulatory cycle.

grad19 - May 11

I don't chart, but I use my CM as reference. I'm sure I ovulated this cycle.

OmG! Sounds like a BFP is coming!!!! GL!

Celia - May 11

I charted my temps and cm and actually had a cycle with ewcm but no temp rise. I didn't ovulate that month. Without charting your temps, it's hard to say 100% if you ovulated. I hope you get that BFP soon, but if your already 18 days late and negative hpt's, you might want to go in for a blood test. With my first, I never did get a bfp with the hpt's and actually found out by ultrasound at 8 weeks. Good luck!
