I'm noticing that my CM is kind of a yellow, beige colour. Why would that be?

I don't know, but would like to know the answer to this also. Mine is kind of clear and shinny. Anyone?

Mine has been a creamy white colour - sometimes a little beige too. Hope that helps! :o) I am 10 weeks. xxx

Jen - June 9

That does help....mine was a bit beige yesterday...today clearer and more abundant...hmmm....

Alison, does anything else ever come out? just curious...I saw a little brown thread of sorts in the toilet, could have been a string from clothes or could have come from me....not really sure.

Alison - June 9

Jen I have not experienced that but then obviously that is just me - everyone is different! As you say it was maybe just a thread from your clothes or something? I can only tell you my symptoms I'm afraid and I have just had the cm. I know it's hard not to "a___lyse" every little thing so I sympathise! Take care xxx

Miss Kitty, I think I ovulated on the 28th (twice that day I had stretchy EWCM) and that was 18 days into my cycle. (My cycles are anywhere between 28-36 days)....so, I am not sure when AF will rear her ugly head but my obgyn said if she is not here by Monday I should go in and get tested.....I am not really having any symptoms this week other than nauseau and this discharge that just won't let up. Today I thought I was going to through up but just ended up gagging. Last week my nipples hurt. Thing is, since I have been on the pill for most of my life, I really don't know what are normal PMS symptoms or not. Like this nauseau, could be normal for all I know and not a sign of anything.....oh well, I guess we shall see....baby dust to you and I hope that af does not show. what is your cm life? Maybe yellow is a little of an exaggeration, but it is definitely off white sometimes (enough to stain my white panties...)

I know what you mean... lol.. its not compleatly yellow.. But i can see it on my underwear too... since we have been bding so much could it be old sperm? last month i was compleatly dry for a week before af.. are you ttc #1?

Lyd - June 9

I don't think it can be old sperm for me because I have not bd'd since almost 12 days ago! My dh is now out of town and I know I am not ovulating anymore so he plans his business trips accordingly. All I know is I have a lot more CM than usual. This is our first month ttc so I won't be very disappointed, although it is nice to know if my body is capable.... Do you know anything about temps? I read about them a lot here. If my temp is high and AF is due on Saturday is that sign that she is coming? I hear it is a sign of pregnancy but I was not sure if it is a sign of AF coming. I took my temps this month when I woke up. This morning it was 98.7.....

Paula - June 9

Just wanted to answer your question Lyd, temps are elevated after o and still elevated until af comes. Usually about 1-3 days before af arrive the temps drop and you know that af is on the way, if the temps stays elevated you have the possibility of being preggo. I hope that helps. I don't know what your baseline is but for me I am usually around 96.9 and 97.6 around af and before o, after o my temps usually stay up around 98.0-98.4. So once you establish your baseline then it was be a great fertility tool for you. I hope that this helps. Baby Dust to all!!!!!!!!!!
