It's called (if I remember correctly) "Chadwick's Sign". A blueish coloration to the area around the opening of your vagina and to your cervix (which you won't be able to see without a speculum).

If you go to the doctor and they use a speculum to open your vagina to reveal your cervix, the cervix will be blue to the naked eye if you are pregnant, instead of its normal pinkish color. I can assume if your vulva is bluish too, that can be an indicator, but I would not use htat as a sure sign. Hope this helps!

A blue-ish vulva (due to the swelling blood vessels) can be a good indicator of pregnancy, or sometimes it just means af is coming. best to you!
