when are your fertile days?

It varies. If you are regular, then normally around day 14 (14 days after the first day of your period). If you are not regular, it can literally be anytime. One good way to know is to track your ovulation. You can buy expensive kits, or you can order inexpensive test strips off of the internet. If you WANT to get pregnant, and you are not regular (or can't sense when you're ovulating), that may be the best thing for you. But if you do NOT want to get pregnant, I would just suggest some form of birth control. Because even if you are "regular", women have been known to ovulate more than once per cycle.

Count 14 days after the first day of your period. Then add two days to either side of that date. Those 4-5 days are your fertile zone, if you have a regular cycle.
