I had a short period on Dec. 8 (one day of bleeding and then three of spotting) I took a test and it was neg. Me and my bf had unprotected s_x on the 10th. On the 14th and 15th I am really bad cramping i felt like crying. Whats wrong with me? I thought ovulation comes 14 or so days before your next period? Please help any advise.

Are your periods on a normal 28 day cycle? Because the ovulation time of 14 days after your period isn't always true if your not on a 28 day cycle. To learn more about ovulation dates go to babyhopes.com and search for ovulation calendar on the right of the screen. Besides the cramping you're having you should have other symptoms if you think you're pregnant. Also did you have unprotected s_x prior to getting your period? If so, that bleeding could have been implantation. Call your doctor for more information or wait to see if your next period comes.

I had unprotected s_x on Nov 12. If lets say it was implantation bleeding wouldnt a test show positive? I not sure I believe I am on a 28 day cycle.

I'm a little confused. You're period was on 12/8 and you had unprotected s_x on the 10th of December or November? Then you also had unprotected s_x on 11/12, it sounds like the occurrences happened shortly after you had your period which is a little more difficult to become pregnant at that time. It doesn't sound like it was during ovulation. The cramping could be a sign of pregnancy but I really don't think thats the case. Cramping can also be a sign of an infection, maybe a bladder or UTI. If the cramping doesn't stop, you should contact your doctor. And by the way, if it was implantation bleeding & the test doesn't show positive, maybe its too early. Best bet is to go to your doctor & they can take a urine or blood test to see if your pregnant.

When ever you have unprotected s_x you take a chance of becoming pregnant. It does not always matter were you are in your cycle. If you are not wanting a baby then use protection so you donr have to worry. If you are wanting a baby then good luck to you and time will tell..
