Hope everyone does well throughout their pregnancy. Just thought I'd give a few pointers that may help some of you. When you are pregnant it may be good for you to walk as often as possible ( it will help with labor) It keeps your body fit and so much more. Then if you may have a breech baby the walking helps with that also. If breech try taking a couple baths a day. Good luck with everything. One more thing after the baby is born do keigal exercises it will help your uterus go back to normal size faster and will strengthen your va___al muscals sorry if TMI. Well anyways good luck with everything .

Congrats Rachel....Are you excited?

Emma - Yes! I'm very excited! I'm still not dilated as of my last appt (the 3rd), so I'm not sure if she'll come on the 10th or not but my doctor did say she wouldn't let me go over a week, so that's the good news.

young_mum if your back hurts trying laying on the floor with a pillow uder your b___t or where ever it may make you feel comfy. You might want to try the bath also or go to a local pool it helps take a lot of that weight off your back and will relieve pressure. If you have a heating pad use it. When in bed put a pillow between your legs it may help.

Rachel congrats and good luck with the labor. Keep all your options open for labor. Epidurals don't make you any less of a woman and if you get one you are not a failure or whatever. Best o luck to you.
