C Section Babies

I've got a couple questions I hope someone can help me with. 1st- I delivered my son by c-section and he makes a really funny noise when he breaths through his nose, almost like a grunting noise, the doctors said its just lots of fluid and stuff from the c-section, but he's a week and a day old and it's still here. Is this normal and will it go away soon? 2nd- Has anyone else had a c-section and how long did it take you to heal? I'm healing okay, hardly sore anymore but I can still feel myself pulling sore muscles when I move sometimes. Also my feet ankles and calfs were EXTREMELY swollen and are just now starting to go away. Is that normal?

I am not sure of the grunting noise , Carly never had that , but it took me a good 3 months to proply heal also to start excersising!

3 months is the norm after c-section.

I was back to work after 2 months, but was feeling much, much better after 1. My scar still gets itchy, though...and the numb patch is a pain in the ***. My son made that grunty noise, and I was told the same thing. Now it's a snore. He's almost five months old now...so I don't know if it was actually fluids or if he's just a snorer. LOL. Congrats on your new baby!
