well i dont know what the chnaces are but they are low as far as i know as long as you take your pill at the same time and stuff. I got pregnant on the pill the only thing you can do is wait and see if you get your period or not.

If you're on the pill, then it wasn't unprotected s_x. The pill is designed to be used alone. With perfect use, it's more than 99% effective.

Chances of pregnancy are low if you are on birth control, however chances of contracting an STD are high....

i know that with perfect use birth control is more than 99% effective but i take it pretty much at a differnt time everyday and some times miss it and dont get it till the next day or i wouldn't even be thing about being pregnant ... and i know chances of contracting an STD are high but i know the guy it was with and have for a long time and i know that he doesn't have anything so i doubt i have anything to worrie about there.

If that's the case, then wait to see if you miss your period. If you do, take a test. It isn't possible for anyone here to tell you what your chances are of becoming pregnant, only that there is a chance. And sorry if I sound offensive, but I know far too many people on birth control who freak out every month waiting for their period, because they *never* take it on time, or just forget to take it at all, and I think that's ridiculous. You *need* to either start taking it at the same time, *every* day, or to use a backup method (such as condoms). If you aren't taking birth control correctly, then there's not really much point in taking it at all. Work out a schedule to take it. If you have a cell phone, set an alarm for the same time everyday; if you go to bed or wake up at the same time everyday, keep your pills on a nightstand next to your bed, etc. Just anything to keep you on the same schedule of taking it everyday at the same time.
