Had unprotected s_x at ovulation, 14 days before expected period. Had bleeding 1 week later, doesn't say it was light, but the timing is right for implantation. Says no symptoms, but is really tired, has headaches and cramps, all early signs. Does not complain of b___st changes, peeing, smell and taste changes. Karrie, there is some chance you are pregnant. I would wait a week and then take a home test. Lots of luck. Double up on protection, foam+condom, and stay away from Days 8-16.

Oh dear! Metallic taste in mouth is a symptom. So is excessive saliva and runny nose.

Viv, The runny is nose is not a symptom of early pregnancy. The reason pregnant women get stuffy and runny noses is due to the increase in blood flow, which can cause nasal congestion. This does not happen until the fetus becomes much larger and there is a greater blood demand on the mother. Excessive saliva is due to increased nauseousness, like right b4 you puke. Unlsess you feel sick to your stomach alot, you would not salivate more than usual. I think some of these symptoms may be all in her head.

Thanks for the input, Loloita. I was just going by comments such as that on http://www.gettingpregnant.co.uk/earlypregnancy.htm ... There are some of us who have had a runny nose since conception... Anyway, Karrie, Lolilta is right, once you know about this stuff, the easier it is to imagine it. I would still wait until next weekend to take a home test.
