I heard from a friend that teenagers, specifically very pet_te ones, are in serious danger during pregnancy beacuse they might die because they are way to small to carry a child. Is this true?

Well, although death during labor is a very slim thing now a days, its not JUST pet_te woman that could die. I was about 100lbs when I got pregnant and 140 when I had my daughter. Im also only 5'2, Im TINY! My labor was only 2 hours all together, and I was only in the hospital for a matter of minutes before I had my daughter. So I guess it just depends on the person, and whats going on with their body. Are you pregnant and scared of dying during labor? It was one of my fears so I understand.

I thought the same thing too, im 5'2 and weighed 101 before pregnancy, i ended up weighing 151, i was tiny (b4 being pregnant) had no hips no nothing and although i thought my labor was long, i had no complications at all. Mommy2kylie is right, death during labor is extremely slim.
