Hey There Intro And Question

Hi! I haven't been on here in quite some time, and I wanted to re-introduce myself! I am 21 and DH and I have been married for a little over 2 years now. I(I know this is a teen board, but why not talk to everyone!) :) DH and I are starting to ttc again soon after 8 months of bfn after bfn. Right now I am on cd6. I usually have somewhere around 7 day periods, but this period has been strange. It started off really heavy, which is normal, but tapered off after 2 days. It's usually heavy right on up to the last day. Anyhow (sorry if tmi) but it seems to now be brown and mixed with cm and I feel a little sore or sensitive down there. DH and I never have s_x while af is here, so it's not from that and I don't feel like I have a UTI. We haven't officially been ttc lately, but we've just been letting things happen as they may and before I got af I thought I might be pg just from the way I was feeling. Sorry that I have gone off subject, but I was wondering if this has happened to any of you and what it was. I'm worried b/c I don't like feeling that way down there and this has never happened before. Any thoughts are appreciated! TIA!

The only thing we can tell you is to take a test. Doctors ask you when your last normal period was because on occasion shorter and lighter periods can be implantation bleeding. Taking a test now should be accurate for most women.

Thanks. I'm pretty sure I'm not pg. That would be too good to be true, and quite a slim shot, but I am a bit concerned about the sensitivity I have been feeling. Like I said, it doesn't feel lkike UTI, but like I had rough s_x, which I haven't. Thanks though. I'm gonna get it checked out in a few days if it doesn't go away.
