I once heard that when a woman has a miscarriage, that sometimes they actually induce labor even though the baby is already dead, usually do they do that in the beginning of pregnancy,or how many weeks/months does the baby have to be??

this a real weird question be asking....it depends of the size of the baby when the miscarriage happens, in early pregnant, and a miscarriage usually the body expels the small egg by itself..... but once the baby begins become bigger, the doctors need to induce labour to expel baby.. so it does not say in the uteris... this is also done when having a surgical for an abortion once they have killed the baby or ripped the body apart to make sure the placenta is given birth too aswell.

What you are talking about is not miscarriage as such - which happens naturally. Some babies die whilst in the womb - this could be at 5/6/7/8 months pregnant. It is usually not detected until you go for a scan and a heart beat cannot be found. In these cases, they generally induce you so you give birth to the baby naturally.

I didn't mean for it to be a weird question, it's just that I was supposed to have twins, and I alreday lost one and they told me that the second one has a very weak hearbeat, thankfully it is still alive, but I don't think I will be able to go through that, if it were to happen. It would be too much for me to go through, having to go through labor and not have the opportunity to keep the baby
