Or perhaps all day sickness would be more apt! Anyway, I discovered that making fresh ginger tea works very well to alleviate the queasies. Just peel a nice one inch piece of ginger, steep in hot water and enjoy. It really works (for me at least).

what worked for me was minty stuff, i chewed on minty gum for a bit to relieve nausea, even then it only helped a bit.
