Normally your body does not produce actual milk until you have become pregnant and then your hormone levels have dropped. There is collostrum which is produced in pregnancy, its not white like milk but its more clear. There is also another hormone problem that can cause lactation, but you'll have to talk to your doctor to see if this is what is happening to you.

chattykathy is right ur b___sts don't actually produce milk until several days after the birth of ur baby...they can produce a clear sticky liquid called colostrum...but if u r lactating and not pregnant...u really need to see ur doctor...the only way to be sure if ur pregnant or not is to take a test.....

Both ChattyKathy and tish are right about the colostrum, it can come while you are pregnant but for me it didn't come until almost the end of my pregnancy.
